Craig Hillier
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Craig is a senior business and program leader with more than 35 years of experience in various business and charity leadership roles including people leadership, project management and board governance. He has been involved in many aspects of ministry support including as a Deacon, Director, Property President and a participant or chair of various committees as well as work with Alpha, Worship/Music/Drama, Sunday School, live productions and radio broadcast ministries. Craig is an independent consultant and business owner and will split his time consulting and here at CCO as our Executive Director. Craig looks forward to using his management and ministry experiences at CCO. Reporting to the Board of Directors, Craig will bring fresh ideas to the charity, connect with a large network of church and business colleagues and he will direct strategy, program execution and fundraising as well as support the staff as they care for and minister to hurting hearts and minds in the nation’s capital region.
Kerri Guther
BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Kerri has spent the last 35+ years serving in different churches in Children, Youth and Family Ministries, both as a volunteer and on staff. As a military kid, living in many communities, provinces and even countries has brought different opportunities to develop a heart for people. Along the way she has acquired administrative and finance skills that make leading CCO's business side a great fit. Mentoring and championing volunteers and ministry leaders over the years has always been a passion and will continue to happen by supporting the therapists and staff. She counts it a privilege to work with this great team who are helping to heal the community with care and compassion.
Jennifer LeBlanc
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Jen has been a part of the CCO team in various capacities since 2015 and took over as Clinical Director in April 2023.
Jen is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#006484). She holds a M.Sc. in Counselling from Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas. She is a trauma-informed therapist who provides a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where faith is welcomed and explored if desired. Her goal is to encourage clients to be empowered to make desired changes in their lives and find hope for a new way forward.
Chelsea Chandler
INTAKE COORDINATOR
Chelsea has spent the last 8 years as a stay at home mom and is excited to be joining the team at Christian Counselling Ottawa in this role. Growing up in the church, she has served in areas including Children and Youth ministries among others. Her previous work history was focused in Finance and Admin, and she is passionate about planning, organization, problem solving and thinking outside the box. As a lover of math, she knows there are many different formulas to reach the desired outcome; sometimes, you just need a new perspective. She is proud to be the first point of contact, walking alongside people who have taken the first step in healing.
