Carolyn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (Registration # 11566).  She has a Masters of Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University, a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Nipissing University.  Carolyn supports individuals who are experiencing challenges involving anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues and life transitions.  In addition, Carolyn welcomes clients who would like to explore their faith and spirituality in session.  She draws on a number of therapeutic approaches in her clinical work, including solution-focused therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.  She believes that at the heart of therapy is connection, and it is in that connection where space is created for her clients to feel truly seen and heard.  Carolyn is honoured to walk alongside her clients on their path of resilience and growth.
