Cathy is currently completing her Masters in Spirituality and Counselling, at St. Paul University. Cathy is committed to providing client centered support to help clients live their lives more fully. She recognises the presence and healing love of God in therapy and her role in accompanying clients in their journey. Her experience working in ministry and peer supportive roles has helped her better understand how to accompany unique individuals through difficulties in life. Cathy strongly believes in the dignity of every person which informs her values of compassion, non-judgment and client autonomy in the incorporation of faith, and therapeutic techniques in therapy. Cathy works from an integrated therapeutic perspective which she adapts to fit individual clients needs.
