Jordan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (Registration #13623), and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (Member #11246537). He started with CCO in May 2023, where he completed the practicum for his Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Jordan is a servant-leader, having retired as a Major with 16 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces. He brings significant experience in vocational counselling for military personnel at all rank levels, including wounded soldiers and people transitioning from military to civilian life. With a firm belief in the innate worth of each person, Jordan is passionate about respecting each person’s dignity and ideas while walking alongside them in their healing journey.
Empowering people is at the core of Jordan’s approach, especially co-discovering insights into one’s purpose and finding hope. He integrates the spiritual life-giving themes of love, faith, compassion, and gratitude to help people discover strengths and build resilience. Jordan aims to help people transform their new insights into direct skills that lead to healing of spirit, mind, heart, and body.

For couples, Jordan uses the Gottman Method approach, which aims to "disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy, and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship" (Gottman, 2021).
