STAFF UPDATES

After ten years of dedicated, voluntary service to CCO, Linda Colwell has stepped away from her role as Executive Director and  Board Member of CCO. Under her strong leadership, CCO has experienced continued growth allowing many people in our community to receive the help they need. With her wealth of knowledge and passion for excellence, Linda has been an incredible blessing to CCO. We pray that God would richly bless her as she continues to serve Him.

Kerri Guther joined the CCO team last year as bookkeeper, and is now our Business Director.  She has spent over thirty years serving in different churches both as a volunteer and on staff. As a military kid and a Pastor’s wife, living in many communities, provinces and even countries has brought many different opportunities to develop a heart for people. Along the way she has acquired administrative and finance skills that make leading CCO’s business side a great fit. Mentoring and championing volunteers and ministry leaders over the years has always been a passion and will continue to happen by supporting the therapists and staff. She counts it a privilege to work with this great team who are helping to heal the community with care and compassion.

Karen Duval is our Client Care Coordinator.  She is usually the one who will lovingly listen to your story and help you get started with an intake process. She also handles the subsidy processes for CCO.  Karen received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and her MBA from University of Ottawa. After retiring from a career in the finance industry several years ago, Karen is enjoying working part-time in an environment that strengthens her Christian faith and makes a difference in the lives of people in her community.
