COVID UPDATE

Although most of counselling sessions are taking place online at this time, our agency is taking the highest level of precautions to make the office a safe environment for our staff and clients. The number  of clients/therapists in the office suite is limited to align with space capacity restrictions. Therapists complete a Covid wellness test online through the Ontario government’s website, and send the passed results to the business director each time they are going into the office. Clients coming in the office are masked, use hand sanitizer, complete a questionnaire and have their temperature taken. Use of masks and appropriate six foot distancing are maintained during counselling sessions. Surfaces and door handles are wiped down after each person leaves the office suite.
